Glitch Pilot Program

The Glitch pilot program is designed to provide a structured yet flexible framework for launching, refining, and scaling digital advertising campaigns while getting feedback to build in new product features + scale Glitch. Users get set up and optimised Google search campaigns from ad experts in exchange to help drive performance and qualified leads.

Stage 1

Kick-Off & Launch

Day 1

Objective: 

To get campaigns up and running with all necessary integrations and structures in place. 

What Happens: 

  • We begin with a kick-off call between you and the Glitch team. 
  • During this session, we align on goals, target audiences, messaging, and key success metrics. 
  • Campaigns are built and launched directly within the Glitch app, based on the agreed-upon strategy. 
  • Join the Glitch Slack Community – where we will share updates and new features 

Outcome: 

Campaigns are live and ready to begin gathering data. 

Stage 2

Learning Phase

Week 1-2

Objective: 

To allow campaigns to run without interference to collect meaningful baseline data.

What Happens: 

  • Campaigns are monitored daily, but optimisations are held back to allow platforms to stabilise and gather clean learning signals.
  • We conduct weekly performance monitoring and flag any anomalies (e.g. unusually high CPAs, low engagement rates).
  • Our goal is not to react too quickly but to understand how each campaign performs organically. 

Outcome: 

A clear performance baseline is established, and we begin to identify early indicators of what’s working and start to begin optimisations.

Report: 

Yes – bi-weekly summary sent. 

Stage 3

Intensive Optimisation Phase

Week 3-4

Objective: 

To refine campaign performance by identifying trends and applying structured optimisations. 

What Happens: 

  • We conduct a deep analysis of campaign data to uncover top performing keywords, creatives, and audiences. Campaign structures are reviewed for inefficiencies or gaps. 
  • Based on findings, we optimise on best performing keywords, ads and ad copy to improve results and spend budget most effectively.

Outcome: 

A clear set of optimisation workflows is developed, setting the stage for confident scaling.

Stage 4

Expansion Optimisation Phase

Week 5-6

Objective: 

To build on success and begin to scale high-performing elements of the campaign. 

What Happens: 

  • We increase budgets on high-performing campaigns, double down on winning strategies, and pause underperforming segments.
  • New campaign variations may be introduced to maintain freshness and improve engagement. 

Outcome: 

Campaigns begin to generate stronger ROI and are better aligned with client objectives.

Yes – performance summary and learnings. 

Stage 5

Review & Client Handover

Week 7-8

Objective: 

To finalise the pilot and set the client up for long-term success as a Glitch user. 

What Happens: 

  • A final review call is scheduled to walk through results, performance trends, and key learnings. 
  • We present a tailored optimisation roadmap for continued success using Glitch. 
  • The client is transitioned to a self-serve experience or custom onboarding plan, depending on preference.
  • Sign off on customer case study to be shared potential investors and on website 

Outcome: 

Client is empowered to continue running successful campaigns using Glitch and is invited to self serve product or into stage 3 of testing.
